What if my issue cannot be resolved in 1 hour?
We will do everything we can to get you up and running in the time you paid for. If it ends up going longer, we will offer a discounted hourly rate to continue.
If you choose to take it from here, we will point you in the right direction as we conclude.
Do you see any of my personal stuff?
Nope! PC issues rarely come from personal files such as pictures or videos. Our technicians will never compromise your system, and you can watch what we do the entire time.
Is success guaranteed?
With the nature of computers, unfortunately a full resolution in 1 hour isn't always the case. Rest assured, we resolve 98% or more of our customers' issues.
If we can't do it, we will point you in the right direction and give you guidance on part replacements if necessary.
What happens if a part in my PC is faulty?
This is actually what the service is for. Beyond repairing Windows and cleaning up drivers, we are extremely skilled at finding a faulty part.
We do not recommend a part replacement unless we are 100% certain. We will help you find a replacement part and get it to you quickly.
Are there refunds?
By paying for this service, you are paying our technicians for their time and effort, just like any other professional service.
We do not offer refunds on time spent, but we will offer discounts on further services and always point you in the right direction.
