Who are the people behind the company?

IQon Digital was founded by Zach "ProZach" the CEO, and Stephen "NexVirtus" the COO. two lifelong gamers who wanted to start a company that was focused on helping those in need.

Optimization Services

Once you place your order, you will receive an email with details about your appointment as well as instructions that need to be completed before the session starts. At your session time we will request remote access to your machine. Once connected we will start the optimization.

Troubleshooting Services

Our PC troubleshooting services are designed to address any issues you might encounter with your computer. Our expert technicians are equipped to handle everything from hardware malfunctions to software glitches, offering their assistance on an hourly basis. We understand that budget concerns are important, which is why we provide flexible pricing options tailored to fit your specific needs based off the time it takes to resolve your issue. We specialize in a range of PC assistance services designed to enhance your computing experience, ensuring your system runs smoothly and efficiently. Whether you’re looking to push your gaming performance further with our Game Tune service, update your BIOS for improved stability, or need a complete system tune-up, our skilled technicians are here to help.

We also offer a reformatting service for those looking to restore their PC to its original state, a thorough driver clean to resolve stability issues, and an upgrade to Windows 11 Home, which includes a complimentary product key. Additionally, our malware removal process utilizes enterprise-grade tools to eradicate any harmful software potentially impacting your system’s performance and security.

Building Services

We offer comprehensive PC build services tailored to meet the needs of both new builders and experienced enthusiasts. Is there anything I should do to avoid messing up the optimization?

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

Can I update to windows 11 without messing up an optimization?

No, updating to Windows 11 will remove most changes we make to your system, if you are planning to upgrade please do so at least 48 hours before your optimization session.

What happens if I need to reset my PC?

If you have purchased an optimization and think you need to reset your PC, please put in a ticket on our support site this will allow our techs to see if a reset is fully needed. If so we are happy to offer a 20% discount on your next order.

Do I need to download anything so the technician can do the optimization?

You will not need to download anything before your session, your tech will walk you through getting connected to your PC at the time of your session.

Will my technician add/message me me on discord or do I have to message them first?

Your technician will reach out up to a few hours before your session, although at times when we are busy you may not hear from them until the time of your session, so don't worry if you have not heard from them. Additionally please ensure that you have enabled the ability for those you don't have added to send you messages to ensure you are ready to go at session time.

Does it matter if I use Windows 10 or is 11 better?

Both systems can be fully optimized by our service, so please use the system that you plan on keeping as upgrading / downgrading your system will reset the optimization.
