Before any system is shipped out the door, we put it through every test imaginable. The last thing we want is for your investment to not work properly, because we have been there ourselves.

By default, included in your purchase is 30 days of 24/7 support after you take delivery. All your questions and assistance needs are answered, and if anything doesn't seem right (even at 2 am), we are there for you. Longer support plans available upon request.
FREE Optimization Service
As part of your PC purchase, after you take delivery and get settled, we will optimize it for you at no cost. For 30 days after you take delivery, all services and requests are on us.
Need it fast?
Typically our deliveries happen around 3 weeks after you purchase. To be transparent, we will show you the exact cost it will be to overnight your build to you and it is your choice to pay for it.

At IQON, we do NOT hide prices or fees of any kind. It's simple; we show you the part list and all prices we get them for. Then, we show you in a simple "Labor Fee" cost item and a flat shipping fee.
If your build is going outside of the US, we show you upfront exactly what the import fees will be.
With your budget in mind, we will clearly explain every part selection and why it fits for you. Whether you go budget or max spec, it does not matter to us. We only care about gaining your trust and your business.

Black Ice
Built by IQON for our sponsored streamer VERT in a custom designed Singularity case. Chrome metal tubing, clear water blocks and a whole lot of RGB.
Silence
Built by IQON, the ask was for a silent monster of a PC. This was done in a Fractal North case, which is not designed for water-cooling at all; but we did it.
Future
Built by Justin Chu, a customer of our partner company Singularity Computers. As you can tell, it's a futuristic system with chrome metal and red accents.
Ominous
Built by our partner company Singularity Computers. Dark, ominous, just the way we like it.

Built by IQON for a customer of ours, RGB everywhere with "infinity mirror" effects in the cooler and all the fans.
Obsidian
Built by IQON, an all blacked out custom liquid cooled monster. No RGB, all water, all performance.
Blaze
Built by IQON for our sponsored streamer Choice in a custom built Singularity case. We decided for a unique twist to build custom tubing out of rubber and sleeved covers.
Storm
Built by IQON, the ask was for a silent, no RGB build with top of the line specs. White on the outside, black on the inside (referred to as stormtrooper), this build is a work of art.

Am I obligated to buy a PC in this service?
Nope, we enjoy working with our customers and would love to help you plan the build of your dreams even if you decide to build it yourself or work with someone else. If you do decide to DIY, we can help with that if you check out our build assistance services.
Is there a warranty?
Of course! All our systems come with a 1-year hardware and parts warranty. Our expert technicians can and will help identify a faulty part, and we will get you a new one quickly.
Note: typically RAM and other smaller components come with lifetime hardware warranties directly from the manufacturer. These of course apply to all your parts as well!
What about returns?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your system, you have 30 days to return it; we will cover the shipping and get it picked up from your front door at no cost to you.
What happens if I overclock my system?
Unfortunately, overclocking your system will void any return requests or warranty claims.
What if my build is damaged in shipping?
We pack all our PC's extremely carefully. Sometimes carriers decide it's a good day to throw the box down a mountain. If anything doesn't look right when you get it, we will arrange for the box to be picked up directly from your doorstep and we will replace it at no cost to you.
