IQON Optimization Session
We make it faster; transparently.
We use cutting-edge remote desktop software to connect to, and control your computer. No personal files or information is seen or collected. Your technician will carefully enhance all your system's processes, remove bloat, tune gaming settings and perform health checks.
Safety First
We do not modify anything on your system that impacts your security or privacy. Before we press a single key, we set a restore point for your peace of mind to roll back to. After the session is complete, we do another restore point for redundancy. Restore points allow you at any time to revert your system back to that exact snapshot in time.
Our Technicians are trained to respect your privacy at all times. When we remote in, we cannot even see your desktop background. We do not collect any data on your system and none of our software does anything in the background you are not aware of. We want you to feel secure and comfortable at all times.
Debloating
Windows Operating Systems by default come with a ton of "bloat" that is not needed by just about anyone. Our proprietary processes remove all of this for you in a few minutes. We do not remove anything that is vital to operation. After years of research and collaboration, our process is repeatable to everyone.
PC Health and Drivers
First and foremost, we do all the housekeeping your PC needs to run at it's best. We will update your Windows, clean/repair/update all your drivers, and if needed, assist you in updating your BIOS. We get this done right before doing anything else. Leave it to the professionals to gain that speed and stability you deserve.
Game Tuning
After your PC has been cleaned up and deemed healthy, we ensure all settings system-wide are optimal for peak performance. We do NOT overclock or void any manufacturer warranties. Let us know what games you play and we will pay special attention to those areas. Experience your PC on a whole different level.
The Proof
We use a tool designed by Intel called CapFrameX. If there is a game you play the most, we will have you play it in front of us for a few seconds while the tool is capturing performance metrics. Then, once we have completed the service, we run the tool again showing you how much FPS you gained, how much we improved stuttering, and overall performance metrics.
If you are not happy after this metric is shown to you, we will continue working until you are. If we cannot get you your money's worth, we will refund you in full.
Post-Support
After your service is complete, you have 14 days to reach out to us if you experience anything not to your liking. We offer a free complimentary service to make sure we get it right.
If further attempts fail to make you happy, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

Find a time that works for you on this page, add to cart, and purchase. You will receive an email confirming the appointment time you selected.
Talk to a real person
Soon after you book, we reach out to you via Discord. Talk to us, ask questions, let us know of any concerns of special areas of interest. We will do everything we can to earn your business.
Get Connected
Shortly before your scheduled appointment, your assigned technician will reach out through Discord (or phone if selected). They will then give you some links and explain to you how we will be connecting to your PC.
Your Session
During your session your technician will address anything on your system that is hindering your performance, from bloatware all the way to in-game settings. No stone will be left unturned in the pursuit of getting the most out of your system for you.
Support
On rare occasions, we understand issues can arise. Should any issues pop up within two weeks after your session you can put in a ticket on our support site to get problems looked into free of charge. We look to earn your business and your satisfaction is our top priority.

Do you view or modify any personal files or folders?
We do not view, interact with, or modify any of your personal files. You are free to observe the service as it is being performed.
Does this only work for the one favorite game I play or program I use?
It works on your entire computer and everything thing on it! Our service in a nutshell "debloats" your computer using our proprietary methods and years of experience. Every game or application you use will run faster and smoother for the best PC experience money can buy.
How long does the service take?
Our current sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Our typical finish time is around 50 minutes, leaving some extra room in case we lose connection or other pauses required.
What am I supposed to be doing during the session?
Not a whole lot! Once we are connected through Remote Desktop and controlling your computer, you can sit back, relax, and/or watch it happen. We don't hide anything we do, so feel free to hang out, you may learn a thing or two!
*You must be at least in the vicinity of your computer as we will need to reboot a few times during the service. If you want to go sit on the couch, we will message you when we need your computer restarted.
What happens if I don't get the performance I thought I would?
We do everything in our power to make sure our family of customers always comes first. If you let us know that you are still experiencing stutters, drops, and low FPS after our service, we offer a free 15 minute session to investigate what the root cause is. If that doesn't work, you get 100% of your money refunded!

Is there any way this service could harm my computer?
The simple answer; nope! We treat your personal computers the same way we would treat our own. We do not modify your computer's hardware settings at all, nor do we change how your computer runs.
Is there any overclocking involved?
Not at all! We do not change anything hardware related on your computer and we do NOT overclock anything. We do offer this as a custom service from our experts, but only by special request.
